Though you won’t be able to take these amazing big cats home with you, adopting them makes a massive difference to the way we can take care of them.
All funds are contributed towards our Cheetah Preservation Foundation, who ensures that your animal is very well looked after!

As a proud conservation and education facility, we receive no government funding, which is an enormous challenge with the overheads that we face. People seldom comprehend the massive costs that we face on a daily basis. Our facility is owned by a family and receives no government financial aid/funding as a zoological premise. Every day we are faced with exorbitant running costs of maintenance, water, electricity, etc… in addition our primary focus is to ensure that all the animals receive the highest standard medical attention and a calculated varied diet (species-specific) good enough for any human to eat. Our standards are exceptionally high and it all comes at a cost, as do the many hours of labor put in by our over 100 dedicated and animal-loving staff. Some months are good for us… but unfortunately, some months are not as kind, however, we continue to work hard to provide the best for our animals and our tourists.

We receive very few sponsorships and donations in general but are always grateful for the help that we do receive. We have built our own on-site Animal Care Centre (hospital) which is of massive assistance to us, and the animals.

Your contribution would definitely positively influence any one of our over 90 species.

Customer Reviews

It was an easy process to adopt Dusk the male meerkat, I received my adoption certificate promptly and can't wait for the opportunity to visit him. - Anelle

Hi, I'm a big fan of Cango Wildlife, however, you need to seriously change the layout of the website for donations. Having people pick appointment times and then saying the time doesn't matter is confusing and deterring. The Toronto zoo recently held a similar campaign and did very well, I would suggest doing something more like that. Use the donation feature on Facebook and try advertising/sharing through there. Also, make the website much more intuitive, so there is a clear, simple donation button on the main page. Also, try adding a feature to convert currencies for people donating from other countries, as there are many past volunteers from around the world who may want to donate. Best - Alexandra
