TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
• Cango Wildlife Ranch retains the right to deny access and/or remove visitors who are being a public nuisance, endangering or threating our animals, acting recklessly or failing to observe directions from Cango Wildlife Ranch staff or any Cango Wildlife Ranch signage.
• The decision to deny access and/or remove any visitor is at the absolute discretion of Cango Wildlife Ranch.
• Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult aged 16 years or over. Cango Wildlife Ranch reserves the right to report any
unaccompanied children to the appropriate authorities.
• Visitors must not bring into Cango Wildlife Ranch any food, animal (excluding fully-vaccinated guide dogs by prior arrangement), plastic bags, costume (if deemed inappropriate by Cango Wildlife Ranch), balloons, balls, frisbees or other throwing or sporting devices, whistles, horns or other noisemakers, motorized vehicles, bicycles, roller-skates, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, drones or similar apparatus; alcohol or illegal substances.
• Visitors must not touch, disturb or interfere with any animal (including free-range birds); feed any animal; throw any object; allow any objects to fall into
or enter enclosures; climb on, damage or deface any structure or signage; light any fire; litter, or plastic bags.
• There is a designated smoking area inside Cango Wildlife Ranch. Please ask for assistance from any of our friendly staff members should you have
difficulty finding it. Visitors who do not comply will be asked to leave or may be removed.
• Visitors enter Cango Wildlife Ranch at their own risk and choose to do so under these conditions. No liability for loss, injury or damage will be accepted.
• Visitors must enter via a public entrance and pay the applicable entrance or membership fee.
• Visitors must not enter any enclosure, cross any barrier, or enter any area marked 'no entry' unless accompanied by a Cango Wildlife Ranch staff
member.

ACCESSIBILITY
• Cango Wildlife Ranch is wheelchair friendly. We do however require prior notice for encounter in wheelchairs to take place.
• Please note, for safety reasons we may not be able to facilitate all disabilities. Please arrange in advance to prevent disappointment.

BOOKINGS
• If you booked online, please bring your booking reference with on the day of your visit.
• All rates are subject to change and availability.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
• No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, maintenance or construction work, animals not on view, or exhibits closed.
• Cancelled bookings will result in a R 50 handling fee per ticket.
• Bookings cancelled more than a week before arrival can be refunded minus the handling fee.
• Any cancellations on booked food will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY
• Cango Wildlife Ranch shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

• Payment may be made with a debit or credit card online via PayGate (Pty) Ltd before arrival
