Customer Reviews

We had a great day at the wild life ranch. Our guide Themba Majula was brilliant. He had a lot of charm and humour and a big heart for all the animals. We learnt a lot from him about crocodiles, porcupines, meerkats, lions, cheetahs, tortoises, vultures, bats and flying foxes, hippos, lemurs and otters and many other animals that have found a safe home there. The ranch goes to great lengths to take good care of the animals taken in there, which would not have survived in the wild for various reasons. For us, the five-hour, exciting visit was a good introduction to the safaris that followed. It is a paradise for children. Definitely recommended and the initiative is well worth supporting. - Daniel

My hubby and I found the tour very informative. Well worth the money spent. Our tour guide Virgil kept us well informed and had a quirky comment on too which kept us entertained. We ate at the Turtle restaurant and the food was delicious. The goodies in the Curio shop were well priced and we didn't hesitate to buy something. Thank you for the great experience! - Bernice

Great experience, whole family loved it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. - Christine

Absolutely fabulous day . Had a guided tour of the park by a very pleasant and interesting guide who was very knowledgeable about all of the animals . Our son had a one to one experience with a cheetah and a lemur (at extra cost) which he absolutely loved - so worth doing this -rangers very passionate about animals and our son learnt a lot . Highly recommend this place !! - Marty

My teenage grandson and I visited recently (Jan24). We found it an amazing experience and were impressed to receive a guided tour with a passionate and informative young lady guide. The variety of wonderful animals and birds was wonderful, including many from other parts of the world. The conservation work that Cango Wildlife ranch does is amazing and deserves to receive support. My grandson enjoyed the 3 cheetah cubs and the cute meerkats. It is worth mentioning that there are 2 good restaurants there. - Dennis
